Jamshedpur, Aug 3: The Rajasthani festival Sindhara Teej Utsav was organized at Rani Sati Dadi Ma Mandir on Girls� School Road in Jugsalai on Saturday August 3. This important Rajasthani festival was organized by Shri Rani Sati Satsang Samiti. The bhajan programme commenced with Ganesh Vandana. Earlier temple priest Bimal Pandey performed the rituals while Samiti president Anil Kumar Ringasia and his wife Sudha Ringasia worshiped Lord Ganesh and lit up the akhand jyot as the religious programme began. Devotees from Kharagpur, Ghatsila, Patamda, Gamharia were also present at the religious event.
151 women led by local Bhajan singer Sunita Govind Bharadwaj recited the shlokas of Mangal Path. The Satsang Samiti artistes performed devotional songs during the Utsav. Flower decorators from Kolkata decorated Rani Sati Devi Ma and her throne.
To make the event successful Ajay Agrawal, Baijnath Sharma, Sudhir Kumar Sharma, Prashant Mishra, Anil Khandelwal, Vinod Kumar Garg, Dipak Goyal, Ashwini Agrawal, Asish Agrawal, Dilip Kedia, Dinesh Agrawal, Manish Kumar Kedia, Kamal Agrawal along with the women unit of Shri Rani Sati Satsang Samiti provided full support. The main attraction of the function was akhand jyot, chappan bhog and prasad. The religious programme concluded with prasad distribution.
