Jamshedpur, Dec 20: Sundernagar resident and housewife, Rani Rai was crowned ‘Mrs Glamorous’ at the sixth edition of Mumbai Global. She was one of the 30 finalists for the crown that she won. The panel of judges included Bollywood actors Prithvi, Arti Nagpal and producer-director Dr Ajay Sahay. Rani expressed her gratitude to the judges and the show producer Rajkumar Tiwary for giving her an opportunity to show her talent. Bollywood comedian Rajpal Yadav and Sunil Pal egged her on during her performance. The show’s anchor was another popular Bollywood actor Aman Verma.
Rani Rai stated that the producer, judges and others on the show were of tremendous help and cooperated in her performance to ultimately emerge on top. She said, “My family has always supported me. I owe my success to everyone in my family.” Rani did her schooling at St Mary’s Hindi School.
