Gamharia, Nov. 10: Local art institution Shilpi Niketan organised rangoli competition at Adarshnagar on the occasion of Diwali.
The event was attended by a large number of girls and women. Winners of the contest, participants were presented awards by the famous artist Badal Pramanik.
Pramanik said that Shilpi Niketan�s attempt to offer guidance and encouragement to the budding artists is laudable.
