Jadugora: Forest ranger Anil Chandra Das visited Narwa Pahar area on Thursday and met members of Narwa Pahar Forest Protection Committee to discuss security issues.
He appealed to the committee members to take care of security of the forests in their area. He assured them of deputation of forest guards very soon.
He was accompanied by forester Rajeshwar Prasad and security personnel. The forest department team visited local forests and inspected various activities going on in and around the forest.
The forest protection committee members present on the occasion included Thakur Hansda, Dashmat Murmu, Shibi Soren, Sonaram Hansda, Prakash Mardi, Ram Hansda, Govind Mahato and A Mardi.
