Ranchi: Ramnavami was celebrated with great fervor across the state on Tuesday. Worship of Lord Rama and other deities took place in various temples and households in the state Capital and other parts of the state.
Ramnavami akhara committees of the state Capital took out procession on the occasion. Various other communities showed communal harmony by joining hands with the puja organizers in celebrating the occasion.
In Gumla, there is a tradition of worshipping Lord Hanuman and Mata Anjani, mother of Lord Hanuman. In Jamshedpur, the Ramnavami procession will be taken out tomorrow.
