Gamharia : Ramakrishna Forgings Ltd. the flagship company of the industrial sector has decided to give 20 per cwent bonus for the year 2013-14 to its employees.
Under the agreement between the two sides a maximum of Rs 30 125 to Rs 16 715 will be paid as bonus. From September 20 to September 25 the amount of the bonus will be mailed to all employees’ bank accounts.
Agreement on behalf of the management company’s Vice President (HR) SP Senapati, vice-president (operations) AN Chandramuli, Manohar Pandey HR Manager, HR head Rintu Mukherjee signed while Ramakrishna Forgings Allied Workers Union on behalf of the trade union president Jai Narayan Sharma, vice President BLP Singh, DN Singh, general secretary, treasurer Surendra Gupta, Dilip Mahato, was signed the agreement.
