Ranchi, April 4: After removing Deoghar SP Ajit Peter Dungdung,JAP-1 commander Rakesh Ranjan has been made the new SP of Deoghar. Along with this, the Election Commission has also deployed IPS officers on the vacant posts.
Incidentally, a panel was sought to fill the vacant positions of Dumka Range IG and Palamu DIG. After this, the state government sent a panel of about a dozen IPS to the Election Commission. Out of which the Commission finalized the names of four people. After which Anup Vijay Lakshmi was made IG of Dumka Zone and YS Ramesh was made DIG of Palamu Range. Sumit Kumar Aggarwal has been posted on the post of Ranchi Rural SP which was lying vacant for a long time.
