Jamshedpur, Nov 9: Rajendra Vidyalaya, Ghutia, celebrated two major student achievements in sports and performing arts. Deepika Soy of Class III clinched the Gold Medal in the 25 kg category at Tata Steel’s Inter-Centre Boxing Championship, triumphing over 125 competitors from nine centres—a testament to her dedication and discipline.
Meanwhile, the school’s senior students earned the Runners-Up position in the Pantomime competition hosted by Vivek Vidyalaya on November 7. Their powerful silent act on the theme of ‘Social Reform’ impressed both audience and judges.
Principal Khushbu Thakur lauded the students, stating, “These accomplishments embody our vision of holistic education that nurtures talent, creativity, and character.” Rajendra Vidyalaya continues to inspire excellence by fostering a balance of academics, sports and cultural engagement, shaping students into confident, compassionate leaders.
