Ranchi, Nov 9: Former JDU MLA from Tamar Gopal Krishna Patar has decided to fight the assembly elections as an independent candidate.
After resigning from Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Raja Peter today held a meeting with his supporters and decided to fight as an independent candidate.
Earlier in the day Raja Peter handed over his resignation letter to State BJP President Ravindra Rai.
It may be noted that Raja Peter after moving on from JDU entered into BJP and after the saffron party left that set for AJSU candidate he resigned from BJP and decided to fight as an independent candidate.
