Jamshedpur, March 12: Weather department has predicted a pleasant change in mercury levels in many districts of Jharkhand. According to the forecast, rain is expected at various places across the state on 13, 14 and 15 March. Rain may be accompanied by fast winds. Rain is expected to lash East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Palamau, Garhwa, Chatra, Koderma, Latehar, Lohardagga and Simdega.
