Jamshedpur, May 10: A much-needed spell of rain in Jamshedpur brought some respite to citizens hit by heat wave, with the maximum and the minimum temperatures coming down sharply.
Rain continued for over one hour in which brought down the temperature.
Rain resulted in road users being caught unawares, besides inundation in some pockets. Uprooting of trees and disruption in power supply was also reported in some areas.
