Ranchi, August 11: Sticking fast to his commitment with education Chief Minister Mr. Raghubar Das said that Jharkhand has to be made an educational hub. He said that developed human resource is possible only through education.
He said that this state abounds in geniuses & the inhabitants of the state have proved their worth not only in the state but also in the nation & abroad.
He said that the laurels the students & professionals are receiving in foreign countries are testimony of the brilliance of the students & they will have to maintain this brilliance for the welfare of the nation & the world. He said it while surveying land for the establishment of Knowledge City at Khunti.
The Chief Minister directed the concerned officers to fix a time frame to avoid wastage of time. He said to compensate as per the law to the land owners whose land has been acquired.
Along with the Rural Development Minister Mr. Nilkanth Singh Munda the Chief Minister talked to the land owners & directed the officers to pay the compensation amount to the people in time. The local villagers assured the CM to extend every possible cooperation for the establishment of Knowledge City.
The Chief Minister also talked to the women present there & asked about their work. On complaint against less payment than minimum wages the Chief Minister directed the SDO (civil) Khunti to probe into the matter immediately & lodge F.I.R. against the guilty.
