Jamshedpur, Sept 13: Former Chief Minister of the state and National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Raghubar Das honored Manoj Kumar Singh, assistant teacher of Hindustan Mitra Mandal Middle School, who received the National Teacher’s Award – 2021. During a simple ceremony organized in Raghubar Das’ residential office in Agrico, the former chief minister honoured Manoj Kumar Singh with a shawl and bouquet. Raghubar Das observed on the occasion, “Manoj Kumar Singh has made East Singhbhum district as well as entire Jharkhand proud with his achievement and is an outstandingh example of an ideal teacher who is also a friend, philosopher and guide. Hindustan Mitra Mandal Middle School is one of the top quality schools in Jamshedpur, where quality education is being imparted to the children. A true teacher is one spends the entire life for students. A good teacher is one in whom the student never dies. It is a common responsibility of society to respect teachers and give them the pride of place in our lives and pursuits.”
Also present on the occasion were BJP Baridih Mandal President Santosh Thakur, Middle School Principal Kumar Sandesh and Hindustan Mitra Mandal Club General Secretary Awadh Kishore Chaudhary.
