Jamshedpur, Dec 4: Chief Minister Raghubar Das went on a whirlwind tour of Jamshedpur East constituency in the last leg of Assembly election campaign on Wednesday. He visited Birsanagar, Telco, Burmamines and several other localities and urged voters to support him for a stable and strong BJP-led government in the state. He visited various religious places including Sarna Sthal, temples and Gurudwaras and sought divine blessing for his victory.
Das started today�s campaign at Zone No 3B. He performed worship at Sai Mandir and interacted with local voters. Thereafter, he visited Baridih Market and met the affected shop owners. From here, he went to Zone No 8 via Centre Road and reached Moharda Basti where he met a large number of voters. He further went to the residence of Anil Agrawal where Marwari community members accorded him a grand welcome.
Earlier, members of Gaur Samaj welcomed Das at Hari Mandir in Moharda and announced to support him in the Assembly elections. The CM was welcomed and felicitated at various places by members of various communities that included Chandravanshi Samaj, Sharma Samaj and Mukhi Samaj. Flower petals were showered on the CM and people also performed tilak ritual to welcome him.
Addressing people, Das spoke about the achievements of his government and his vision for a new Jharkhand. He said forming a stable and strong government in the state was the need of the hour.
