Jamshedpur, Jan 12:  Raghubar Das, the maternal uncle of former BJP district president Dinesh Kumar, is responsible for the hellish condition of Golmuri’s Tuiladungri Mathura Bagan Park. Raghubar Das has duped people of the locality by inaugurating the incomplete Park online in a hurry. Dinesh Kumar, during his tenure as BJP district president, got all wrong things done by his maternal uncle and the then Jharkhand Chief Minister, Raghubar Das and thereby created a dent in the reputation of BJP and is now trying to mislead the public by taking credit for the efforts of MLA Saryu Rai,” mentioned Bharatiya Jantantra Yuva Morcha District President Amit Sharma in a press release issued on Wednesday.

The BJM Yuva Morcha District President Amit Sharma further stated that ever since MLA Saryu Rai started action for the restoration of Mathura Bagan Park, some persons had become restless. Amit Sharma further alleged in his press release that certain persons were desperately trying to mislead people by adopting false ploys.

“Dinesh Kumar is trying to cover up his uncle Raghubar Das’ stains of misdeeds by accusing others,” said Amit and added, “I have questions for Dinesh Kumar and I dare him to answer them so that the truth emerges for the masses to know.”

The questions the BJM Yuva Morcha district president has challenged Dinesh Kumar with include why the 2009 work order for the construction of the park was not completed till 2019, why was the Park inaugurated when the work was incomplete, why was the handover from the contractor not taken prior to inauguration, and accusing Dinesh Further, asked, “Dinesh came to know that on the basis of a letter written by MLA Saryu Rai to JNAC in October last, he jumped to take credit. If he was concerned about the condition of the park, then why did he not object before writing the letter to Saryu Rai?”

Amit Sharma accused Dinesh of lying by stating that on the initiative of his maternal uncle, Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services (formerly JUSCO) had built the park at a cost of Rs 20 lakh where as the truth was that the City Development Fund had expended Rs 80 lakh for the park whose work had commenced in 2009.

The questionnaire directed at Dinesh Kumar included another pointer as Amit Sharma posed, “Both MLA and MP have a role in the work of urban development. Both do the inauguration or lay the foundation of such projects jointly. But they made a somersault by training their ire at Saryu Roy. While MP Bidyut Baran Mahto maintained silence, Dinesh Kumar and Raghubar Das went hammer and tongs at MLA Saryu Roy. Does the uncle-nephew combine want to put their party’s Jamshedpur MP on the dock?”

Other questions thrown at Dinesh were, “Why did your maternal uncle (Raghubar Das) not get the foundation stone laid and the inauguration board installed in the park? When JNAC is starting the work of reviving the park at the behest of MLA Saryu Roy, at whose backing are you objecting to it? As soon as the park is renovated, It will be named. Why is Dinesh doing fraudulently using the name of the people of the area? Is Dinesh Kumar making a futile attempt to save his uncle’s sinking political boat by resorting to false and fabricated allegations on the Mathura Bagan Park case? When JNAC is about to start the renovation work of Mathura Bagan on the instructions of MLA Saryu Roy, then why this drama by Shri Dinesh Kumar? Who told them that the park was made by Tata Steel UIS? If the deception and drama of naming  the park based on many lies, is it not an insult to Swami Vivekananda?”

Through these questions, Amit Sharma openly challenged Dinesh Kumar to prove that his uncle, Raghubar Das was not responsible for the plight of the park.

Cleanliness drive at Mathura Park

Jamshedpur. On the occasion of National Youth Day and following call of former BJP District President Dinesh Kumar, the people of the local township and the workers under the leadership of BJP Golmuri Mandal President Ajay Kumar Singh carried out a cleanliness campaign by doing ‘Shramdaan’ in Tuiladungri Mathura Plantation Park of Golmuri.

This campaign was organised as a symbolic protest against the inaction of MLA Saryu Roy and Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee. Holding placards opposing Saryu and JNAC in their hands, people sweep the park premises and launch a cleanliness drive.

Dinesh Kumar said on the occasion that the intention of the local MLA is only to garner applause. He advised Saryu that it would be better not to create obstacles in the works of public and public interest. And for the restoration of this dilapidated park, take the desired initiative and not politics.

Mithlesh Singh Yadav, Khemlal Chaudhary, Kulwant Singh Bunty, Dheeraj Paswan, Ashok Samant, Bunty Agarwal, Narendra Kumar Ojha, Ranjit Gupta etc. were mainly present in the cleanliness campaign.

Park renamed as Swami Vivekananda

Jamshedpur. Mathura Plantation Park will now be known as Swami Vivekananda Park. The local people met and renamed the park. The logic behind the name is that the youth should take inspiration from Swami Vivekananda. It is known that in this park lying in dilapidated condition, youth consume drugs. The atmosphere is becoming chaotic due to anti-social elements. In such a situation, it is necessary to show the right path to the misguided youth. After the meeting, a new poster of Swami Vivekananda Park was also pasted in the park. At the same time, the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee and the district administration will also be informed about the new nomenclature through correspondence.
