Jamshedpur, Jan. 27: India�s 71st Republic Day was celebrated with great reverence in Kerala Public School, Kadma (KPS) on Sunday, January 26. The day began with flag hoisting by the school Principal Sharmila Mukherjee.
This was followed by the national anthem accompanied by the school band. Melodious patriotic song was also performed by the students. After this the school Principal Sharmila Mukherjee addressed the gathering.
It was followed by mesmerizing dance performance. The melodious music and graceful movements of the dancers were spellbinding. The Hindi medium students also presented a speech and a dance.
This was followed by a group dance by the Hindi Project School students.
The programme was finally concluded with the delivery of the vote of thanks by the Primary Coordinator Alamelu Ravishankar. Today we are proud of our nation�s achievements and look ahead to a bright future for our country India which has flourished despite adversities to rise victorious.
