Quiz contest at Baharagora High School

Jamshedpur: Principal of Baharagora High School Dr Arun Kumar Sharma presided a Quiz competition organized at the institution. NTCP District Consultant Dr Rajiv Lochan Mahto informed the students about the ill effects of tobacco. He said that tobacco products contained four thousand poisonous elements that caused, beside cancer, other serious ailments like hair fall, gangrene and stomach ulcers.

Later, a quiz competition was held among students in which Dipika Ghosh won the first prize while Rakhi Das and Priti Pal bagged the second and third prize respectively.

The program was organized by NMK Ajay, Dr Chandan Manna, Papiya Pradhan, Shipra Maity Raut and staff of the school. People selling tobacco products in the school�s vicinity were warned against sale of such products.
