Public speaking is an art & skill: Sharan at JCI event

Jamshedpur, August 6: Junior Chamber of India (JCI) Jamshedpur on Thursday organized a one-day Effective Public Speaking (EPS) session for teachers and employees of Tata Steel Urban Services (TUS) at Dhatkidih Community Centre.

The objective of the event was to provide training to the teachers of the schools situated in the slum dwellers & build confidence in them which will help them to improve the quality of education in future.

The event was jointly inaugurated by G.M.Sharan head of Urban Services, Tata Steel and Manish Goyal president of Jamshedpur JCI.

Goyal addressed the dignitaries present through a warm welcome speech and assured all the dignitaries present that JCI Jamshedpur will conduct such programmes regularly throughout the year.

The chief guest Sharan said, �Stress is important to keep the mind focussed & makes it capable to speak quite easily� Communication is both an art & skill and one must change ideas with a change in time.�

Abhishek Kedia a very renowned chartered accountant from Ranchi was the main trainer of the programme were more than 30 teachers from different schools of Jamshedpur participated.

The members of the JCI present were Sumit Moonka, Vivek Chowdhary, Alok Kewalka, Rohit Agarwal, Vivek Agarwal, Madhu Kajaria and Rahul Khurana.
