Jamshedpur : In protest against death of Utpal Bhagat in road mishap and denial of action against driver of TEPL, activists of Bhartiya Samta Party is observing hunger strike in front of DSC office.
On the second day the indefinite hunger strike was led by the party’s Chandra Bhagat. Speaking to the media at the site Chandra said the accident occurred on June 11, which led to the death of Utpal.
Vehicle was from the company. Potka police is not taking the matter seriously. The villagers had blocked the road with a similar demand. The police officials then assured of action but till today no action has been taken.
