Jamshedpur, July 30: A programme on Jal Shakti under Swachh Bharat Summer Internship project was organized today at Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial College in Karandih under the aegis of NSS units 1, 2 and 3.
Speaking in the program College Principal Dr Amar Singh elaborated on the scope and purpose of water conservation and asked students and all others present to make it their habitual practice to conserve water on a daily basis. The programme was anchored by NSS in-charge Dr Sanchita Bhui Sen. Dr Dipanjay Srivastav and Dr Vinod Kumar also spoke on the occasion. Those present on the occasion included Prof Vinay Kumar Gupta, Prof LC Das, Prof Arvind Prasad Pandit, Dr Moushumi Paul, Dr Kumari Minu, Dr Rani, Dr Sudhir Kumar along with NSS members Dharmpal, Puja, Shyamlal, Salgey, Rimpa, Manisha, Sudha, Monika and Priya.
