Procession in favour of Domicile policy on April 5

Gamharia : Ekta Vikash Manch today demanded the state government to immediately formulate a �domicile policy� for Jharkhand reserving the third and fourth-grade government jobs and sadans who are recognised as the original settlers of the state.

�Every state in India has its domicile policy that reserves third and fourth-grade jobs in the state for its own people.

But, 10 years on, Jharkhand has failed to introduce such a policy,� said a member. Manch will take out procession on April 5.

On the occasion of Ratan Singh, Bhagwan Choudhary, Ravi Kumar, Geeta Devi, Nisha Devi were present.
