Jamshedpur : Well known academician of the city and principal of Baug-E-Jamsheed School�Shireen N Dotivala (64) passed away at the Tata Main Hospital on Sunday.
She suffered a massive cardiac arrest. Dotivala have been most respected principal and an academician who introduced innovative and�fun activities to teach children.
She was the principal of Baug-E-Jamsheed school since 1988. Under her guidance Baug-E Jamsheed�joined hands with schools in Singapore and United Kingdom.
Baug-E-Jamsheed was the first school� in the city to receive the prestigious Dr. J.J. Irani Award for Excellence in Education under the Tata Steel Education Excellence Programme (TEEP) in 2013.
The school again won it this year under Dotivala’s guidance. The funeral proceedings will take place tomorrow at her residence in C.H. Area.
The Baug-E-Jamsheed School will be closed on July 27 and 28. Baug-E-Jamsheed School is a Pre-primary School run under the auspices of the Jamshedpur Zoroastrian Association Education Society (JZAES).
