Prima Challengers and Indigo Fighters in final of Tata Motors Football Tournament

Jamshedpur, July 4: On the fifth day of the ongoing Inter-Team and Inter-School Football Tournament organized by the Tata Motors Sports Department, two semi-final matches were held at Sumant Mulgaonkar Stadium, determining the finalists in the inter-company category.

In the first semi-final, defending champions Safari Royals, who held the title for the past four years, were defeated by Prima Challengers in a tightly contested match. Prima edged ahead with a 1–0 victory, ending the Royals’ winning streak and booking their place in the final.

The second semi-final saw a dominant performance by Indigo Fighters, who comfortably defeated Trans Axle with a 4–0 win. Indigo’s forward Dharmendra Sharma emerged as the standout player of the match, scoring two goals and leading his team to a comprehensive victory.

With the finals set between Prima Challengers and Indigo Fighters, Tata Motors is set to witness the crowning of a new champion this season.
