Ranchi, Sept 3: Chief Secretary Rajeev Gauba conducted a high level meeting with principal secretaries, secretaries, & other senior officers on the role of NGOs in the execution of different govt. schemes in the state.
It was decided in the meeting to form a task force on department level for preparing S.O.P. for different schemes. At the same time it was also decided that the departments will issue directives on web regarding operation of NGOs.
All development related departments will fix nodal points for NGOs to systemize properly the functions of the schemes.
The NGOs will get details of the govt. schemes through workshop with a view to make people aware about govt. schemes & its aspects.
Principal Secretary Amit Khare, Secretary, HRD Mrs. Aradhana Patnayak, Secretary, Welfare Department Rajiv Arun Ekka & many officers of the department were present in the meeting.
