People have been urged to distribute food, gifts, and educational material during the event.

The ulema will lead the procession, followed by the public. Banners praising the Prophet have been placed in mosques, madrasas, and localities across the city. Motorbikes and small vehicles will move behind the procession, with strict instructions against stunts or rash driving. Only two people will be allowed per bike, and vehicles must follow the prescribed route.

Processions from Parsudih, Makdampur, and Jugsalai will merge with the main route via Bistupur, while those from Telco, Golmuri, Sakchi, Shastrinagar, Sonari, Dhatkidih, Bistupur, Ramdas Bhatta, and New Ranikudar will join at Aam Bagan. Special arrangements have also been made for Friday prayers at Dhatkidih Mecca Masjid, with two congregations scheduled at 1:00 pm and 2:15 pm.

The organizers have advised people to observe a public holiday and celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi with joy, discipline, and devotion. They also warned against bringing foreign flags to the procession, stressing that violators will be held responsible.
