Jamshedpur, July 2: Prana Prathishta of Shiv Family at Sri Sri Rankini Mandir in Kadma and rituals will be performed by Dr. Shrawan Kumar Shastri and other priests of Varanasi from Tuesday, July 5 and will continue till July 9.
Giving information about the upcoming religious program, Dilip Das, President and Janardhan Pandey, general secretary of the Mandir, said, for the Prana Prathishta, grand temple has been constructed with a cost of more than Rs 50 lakh.
Artists from other parts of the country have provided their full support in construction of the temple. Shivalinga has been made by 2.5 tonne from one single stone by artists from Odisha.
Significantly, Sri Sri Rankini Mandir in Kadma is one of the oldest temple of the city. Devotees not only from Jamshedpur but from nearby states come to worship here.
