Noamundi: A pran pratishtha ceremony was organized by Sanju Sarda, mining lessee of Devka Baivelgi at Barajamda, in the newly-constructed temple of Goddess Kali.
A large number of devotees took part in a grand procession organized on the occasion through various streets of Bara Jamda. The procession went to the banks of River Karo in Gua and returned to the temple.

Several crusher plant owners and transporters of Bada Jamda, namely Prem Gupta, Gouri Shankar Pathak, Ravi Chourasia, Pulak Bhattacharya, Raja Ram Prasad were amongst those who participated in the procession.
