Jamshedpur: A prabhat pheri dedicated to the 549th Prakash Parv of Sri Guru Nanak Devjee was taken out in Baridih early in the morning on Saturday. The procession moved through Tube Baridih and New Baridih. A large number of devotees participated in the event. Members of various communities welcomed the devotees. Sardar Pritpal Singh and Sardar Paramjeet Singh Sokhi rendered service to the Sangat. The Pradhan, Jaspal Singh, said the prabhat pheri would be organized in the next five days. Through the religious procession, people are being educated on the principles and teachings of the first Sikh guru. Among those present on the occasion included Joginder Singh, Jaswant Singh, Mohan Singh, Tarsem Singh, Khushwinder Pal Singh, Amrit Singh, Satpal Singh and Avtar Singh.
