Seraikela: The residents of several villages of Gamharia block are a harassed lot these days as a result of frequent load-shedding.
Due to lack of power supply, the residents are also facing water unavailability. The situation is worse in Dugni, Kolabira, Muriya, Upar Dugni, Kuldiha, Narayanpur and Vijay.
The residents alleged that the apathy of electricity department officials was causing them inconvenience.
