Power cuts up in rainy days

Chandil: Chandil sub divisional area residents are suffering a lot due to frequent and prolonged power cuts in the rainy season.

With the onset of monsoon, the electricity department, it seems, has surrendered to the tough situation. On most week days, there is no power from 6 pm onwards till late night.

This is causing much inconvenience to students, patients and aged people. Asked, the electricity department officials said power supply was cut due to inadequacy of power and snag in the power supply line.
