Potka MLA lays foundation for boundary wall

Jamshedpur: The MLA of Potka Menka Sardar today laid the foundation stone for the construction of a boundary wall around the Jahergarh in Heselbil.

The boundary wall construction work has got the approval of the state welfare department. The estimated cost of construction is around Rs 10 lakh.

The MLA said the boundary wall is being constructed with the view to secure the place of worship of the Adivasis. She said the government was coming up with more plans for the welfare of the tribal people of the state. Many villagers were present on the occasion.

Among those present during the programme included Zila Parishad member Bulu Rani Singh, Chandra Shekhar Gupta, Santosh Bhanj, Savitri Hansda, Ramdev Soren, Dilip Soren, Dhaniram Soren and Maheshwar Hansda.
