Jamshedpur, July 19: Popular orthopedic Dr Sanjay Panda today joined BJP. He filled in the relevant forms and handed them to the party�s district president Dinesh Kumar who gave him the primary membership. Dinesh them gave him the BJP stole as a gesture of welcoming the medic into the party folds.
Dr Sanjay Panda retired from service at the Tinplate Hospital and set up his own private practice. He is popular among the poor community as well as among the general populace as he endeavors to provide the best possible facilities and treatment. After taking the party membership Dr Panda observed, �I have been impressed with the policies and programs of the central and state BJP governments for their effective plans and polices aimed at uplift of all segments of society. This has prompted me to take BJP membership and I will continue to care for the poor and needy people.�
Those present on the occasion were Chandrashekhar Mishra, Anil Modi, Pawan Agrawal, Haldhar Narayan Shah, Rakesh Singh, Ankit Anand, Ramesh Nag, Rocky Singh and Amar Singh.
