Jamshedpur: Fearing the possibility of a gangwar, city police have sent a proposal to the district administration to send two persons, identified as Amarnath Singh and Guddu Pandey, out of the bounds of East Singhbhum district under Tadipar orders. The two were released from jail recently. Both are residents of Mango.
Sources said 12 other persons have been asked to regularly visit Mango and Olidih police stations to ensure daily attendance. Police are trying to find out the involvement of Amarnath and Guddu in land deals.
SSP of East Singhbhum Anoop T Mathew said action was being taken against criminals recently released from jail. Those having potential to create disturbance or get involved in gangwar will be either sent to jail in other crimes or being sent out of the district.
Sources said a gang war had taken place in Fadlugora of Chandil following a dispute between Guddu Sharma and Deepak. Firing had taken place after the dispute. Amarnath Singh was blamed for the dispute, sources said.
