Jamshedpur : The former close aide of MP Ajay Kumar Chanchal Garg has been involved in the money scam and has taken refuge out of the city. Victims of fraud Manoj Kumar Jha , Deepak Kumar and Usha Chaudhary have filed a lawsuit against Garg. They said that Dr. Ajay Kumar must tell the people when, where and why he disappeared.
The victims today handed a memorandum to SSP and sought action against Garg. At Jugsalai police, case number 21/13 and GR Case No. 216/13 has been filed. Chanchal Garg, son of Ramawtar Agrawal, resident of Mahto Para Road Jugsalai, was appointed as JVM MP Dr Ajay Kumar�s representative in Jamshedpur.
However he was involved in several cases of fraud and fled from the city to take refuge outside the city. The victims suspect that due to MP�s interference the police are not taking action against him.
