Jamshedpur, Nov. 23: Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Wednesday organised customer connect programme at a city hotel.
Chief Guest for the occasion, DC Amit Kumar said, the customers should give their suggestions and also file complaints to TRAI for better mobile services.
He further said, Jharkhand holds special place in information technology (IT) and the state is very ahead in e-governance in compare to other states of the country where most of the customer service is online.
‘Not only in the communication technology field but information technology has become a very important part of a common man’s life and its monitoring has also become very important.
TRAI is playing vital role in the monitoring’. DC thanked local officers of TRAI Saubhik Kumar Das, Tarak Nath Das and the whole team for organising the programme in Jamshedpur along with the whole of country.
