Jamshedpur: Unidentified miscreants vandalized a plaque put up for the inauguration of the culvert proposed to be constructed at the border of Barigora and Bamangora late yesterday night.
Local villagers protested the incident. They suspect some local youths destroyed the plaque. Sources said groups of youths are often found near the project site.
