Petition to remove unauthorised possession from co-operative society building

Jamshedpur : Razzak Khan, president of The Tisco Friends Co-operative Credit Society, has accused Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce president, Suresh Sonthalia and K D Agarwal of Shiv Shakti Corporation of illegal possession of a large area in the upper first floor of the society’s building situated at Bistupur P road.

Razak Khan in this regards registered a complaint with the DC,SSP, SDO and special officer of JNAC.

Rajak claims in his complaint letterthat he had been regularly requesting Sonthalia , orally and in written to vacate the unauthorised space of the societies building.

But there has been no response to his requests. Razak Khan adds that the present committee had decided to demolish the illegal construction in the building on orders of the higher officials.

He further accused Sonthalia of threatening the society members and saying that he will not vacate the land at any cost. Commenting on the allegations by the societies President, Suresh Sonthalia said that it was totally wrong and he has constructed only onhis rightful space.

The administration may get it verified any time and I will cooperate them with the same.
