Pepsico chairman to address �23rd annual JRD Tata Oration On Business Ethics�

Jamshedpur, Nov 22 : XLRI- Xavier School of Management, one of India�s premier B-Schools is all set to hold the �23rd Annual JRD ata Oration on Business Ethics� on November 29.

This year the oration will be delivered by Mr. D Shivakumar, Chairman & CEO of PepsiCo India. The session is to be attended by T. V. Narendran, MD, Tata Steel Limited & Chairman, Board of Governors, XLRI; Fr. E Abraham, S. J. Director of XLRI, Dr. Pranabesh Ray, Dean [Academics] at XLRI and other dignitaries. Fr. E Abraham, S. J. Director of XLRI commented, �XLRI has always placed on the forefront, the importance of pursuing an ethical code of conduct in the corporate world.

Shivakumar has run over 34 brands in his career across Unilever, Philips and Nokia before Pepsico India. He is a growth manager, having grown every brand and geography. He has managed through Innovation, new business models and eco system partnerships.
