Jamshedpur: Chief Minister Hemant Soren here on Wednesday put the blame on the BJP led Central government for recent price hike, rail fare hike and the delay in widening of NH-33 stretch between Jamshedpur and Ranchi.
Soren was in city to attend the birth anniversary celebration of former deputy CM late Sudhir Mahato at Shahid Nirmal Mahato Stadium at Uliyan, Kadma.
Speaking after unveiling the bust of late Mahato, the CM said that most tax and price related issues were decided by Central government and directly leads to price hike.
It is for the people to realise if indeed it is a sign of achche din (good days), Soren said in an aside aimed at Prime Minister Narendra Modis electoral campaign while asked to react on price hike in rail fare and sugar.
He also blamed the central government for not sending adequate number of bureaucrats to Jharkhand.
We are facing shortage of IAS and IPS and it is the duty of the central government to give us sufficient number of bureaucrats for running administrative affairs in the state, said Soren.
The CM rubbished reports of confusion amongst different political parties on domicile policy being planned by state government.
All parties will be apprised about the domicile policy. We are going to hold a meeting tomorrow at Ranchi, said Soren.
