Jamshedpur, Aug 25: PDS store owner in Bistupur succumbed to coronavirus on Tuesday, August 25, informed Fair Price Dealers Association President Umarao Singh. The Association organised a condolence meet and decided to provide monetary help to the kin of the deceased. Umarao Singh said, “Fair Price Dealers Association has urged the food and civil supplies department to provide compensation of Rs 25 lakh the family of the PDS dealer who succumbed to corona assuming them as corona warriors”. It is worth mentioning that on three PDS dealers died of CIVID in Sundernagar and Jugsalai with 24 hours on August 18 after which the association had urged all the dealers to follow COVID norms. Also present at the condolence meet were Radheshyam Tiwary, Ashok Behera, Manish Agarwal, Satyanarayan Agarwal, Pavan, Rakesh Agarwal, Mohanlal and others. �
