Ranchi, Oct 28: On October 28, 2024, Patel B.Ed. College in Lodhma held a dual celebration to welcome new students of the 2024-2026 batch and bid farewell to the outgoing 2022-2024 batch. The event featured colorful cultural performances by students of the 2023-2025 batch, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The occasion was graced by College Secretary Sangeeta Kumari, Jharkhand Reliance Industries’ Associate Vice President Vijay Murthy as the chief guest, Principal Dr. Anuradha Kumari, and faculty members. In recognition of their academic excellence, college toppers Shivani Bharti (2020-2022), Akanksha Sharma (2021-2023), and Swati Rani (2022-2024) were each awarded a cash prize of Rs. 5000 by the college management.
Highlighting the celebrations, Yugen Company awarded watches to Miss Fresher Shruti Kumari and Miss Farewell Manisha Lakra, bringing smiles to their faces. Titles of Mr. Fresher and Mr. Farewell went to Rahul and Niranjan, respectively.
