Chandil: Kajal Majhiyain of Raidih village of Matkamdih panchayat became the cynosure of all eyes at the Adhikar Shivir (rights camp) organized at the Chandil block office on Friday when she arrived at the camp with her parrot sitting on her shoulder.
The parrot spoke before the gathering reportedly in Santhali and captivated everyone with its characteristic chatter.
