Jamshedpur : The ardent fan of the Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit’s Pappu Sardar celebrated his idol’s birthday by spreading message on save girl child and water conservation, which he said was the need of the hour.
Like previous years this year too, he distributed pen, penciapls and books free of cost to the people who crossed through his shop.
He also handed over calendar amongst his well wishers. At 12 midnight he cut the cake start to start the celebrations.
Like every year, Pappu also spent the day among the inmates of the Cheshire Home, who are special invitees on this occasion.
He distributed fruits and gifts to the inmates. When questioned reason behind his madness for Madhuri, he says, “I draw inspiration from Madhuri.
She is more than God to me I would like my family to continue this tradition of celebrating her birthday even after my death”.
It may be mentioned that Pappu has been celebrating Madhuri’s birthday since mid-90s and shot into the
limelight for his attraction towards the actress.
In 2008 he even got the oppourtunity to meet Madhuri. Moreover, his day begin with offering pujas for the
actress.
Such is his popularity that an Amercian student carried a research on his personality.
