Pappu and Mondrita become brand ambassadors of JNAC

Jamshedpur, Dec. 22: Under the Citizen Engagement Category of Swachh Survekshan 2022, Pappu Sardar and Mondrita Chatterjee have been appointed as brand ambassadors by Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) for their contribution in the field of cleanliness.

On the occasion, Special Officer JNAC, Krishna Kumar said that the work of a brand ambassador is not only to spread publicity by going among the people, but also to follow those values in their personal life. Along with this, the special officer got both the brand ambassadors sworn in in his office. They pledged “ We will dispose of wet waste under home composting and will also inspire others. Segregating the source will ensure to give the waste to the door to door waste collection vehicle and will also motivate others. According to the principles of the 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) we will reuse things as far as possible and inspire others to do the same. Will not use materials made of single use plastic / thermocol etc. and will encourage others not to do so. From time to time, in coordination with the office, we will do public awareness programs related to cleanliness in our area”.
