Jamshedpur, July 19: Pandemonium broke out in the quarantine centre at Jagannathpur Health Centre at 9 pm on Saturday when Suken Munda of Birdihi Tola of Kokromragadia was bitten by a snake. Mukhiya Sudhir Singh rang up the CHC at Baharagora for an ambulance and with no help coming from there contacted the local police station. There was no response from that end either. Ultimately Mukhiya Sudhir Singh arranged a private vehicle and sent the snake bite victim to Baharagora CHC for treatment. But he was later referred to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur for better treatment.
