Pak School peace letter reaches Jamshedpur’s ADLS Sunshine

Jamshedpur, Feb. 12: ADLS Sunshine School took another leap towards peace through education as the letters from the Pakistan Schools reached the students of the school through Fr. Joe Kalathil, a Jesuit priest of Jamshedpur province and Indo-Pak peace messenger. Fr. Tony from XLRI handed over the letters to School secretary M Nageshwar Rao and Principal Indrani Singh.

To foster friendship between India and Pakistan, school children from both the nations have come up with letters and messages that express a desire for peace.
A joint Indo-Pak initiative which aims to connect people through expressions across borders, the peace messages and letters were exchanged.

Fr. Joe Kalathil, a Jesuit priest of Jamshedpur province, and Indo Pakistan peace messenger took up peace mission with a zeal to connect people of India with the people of Pakistan and visited ADLS School to inspire the young hearts to carry the peace mission. The Students from ADLS School also wrote beautiful peace messages that were sent to Pakistan.

Today similar peace letters were handed over to the school children. Principal Indrani Singh reaffirmed her commitment to Peace Culture across the globe and to inculcate the habit of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence.
