Chandil: District police, it seems, have failed to stop overloading of commercial goods vehicles plying from Chandil to Kandra.
Many big and small vehicles are found to be carrying load beyond the prescribed limit. But so far the illegal practice has not stopped so far.
The sub divisional police officer of Chandil Bimal Kumar said a campaign was on against overloading. He said the campaign will continue further.
