Open Gym and Children’s Corner to come up at GT Town Ground in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, July 20: In a bid to enhance community well-being and recreational opportunities, Tata Steel Utilities & Infrastructure Services Limited (Tata Steel UISL) is developing GT Town Ground in Bistupur into a vibrant public space. The proposed development aims to create an inclusive and engaging environment for residents of GT Town, with the introduction of an open gym and a dedicated children’s corner. Dhananjay Mishra, senior general manager, Jharkhand Business, said that the park is being renovated and it will be ready in a month’s time. The introduction of a state-of-the-art open gym within GT Town Ground seeks to promote health and fitness among residents. Equipped with 22 ranges of exercise stations and fitness equipment, the open gym will provide an ideal setting for fitness enthusiasts to engage in various workouts, from cardio exercises to strength training, all under the open sky. One of the key highlights of the development plan is the establishment of a captivating children’s corner. This dedicated space will be designed to nurture the creativity and imagination of young minds. With play equipment, interactive installations, and recreational facilities, the children’s corner will be a place where youngsters can frolic, socialize, and forge lasting friendships.
