Ranchi: A delegation of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha members reached Ranchi to meet the Chief Minister Hemant Soren with an intention of gifting him onions.
They however had to return without success as they were not allowed to meet the CM without appointment. The party members blamed the state government for not taking measures to contain the rising price of onion.
