Seraikela: Seraikela police have arrested a person illegally transporting liquor on a motorcycle. In order to carry 60 liters of illegal country liquor in a bike, the police nabbed him. The arrested person is a resident of Kharsawan police station area.
According to the information received, a person was coming from Kharsawan towards Seraikela with illegal Mahua liquor from a motorcycle. Just then, the police got a glimpse of it. After this, the police formed a team and saw a person riding a motorcycle coming near South East Company on Kharsawan Road.
Seeing the police, the person tried to run away with the motorcycle but, with the help of the police force, the accused was arrested. In search of the order, the police seized about 60 liters of illegal country liquor from two bags in the motorcycle.
Saraikela police station in-charge Naveen Prakash Pandey said that the arrested person is Rosu Boyapay, who belongs to Gangudih under Kharsawan police station area. Police also seized a black motorcycle with 60 liters of desi Mahua liquor in this action.
